Application fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

How to apply online?

Candidates who are eligible for the SSC Selection Posts Phase VIII 2020, they can apply online at the official website ssc.nic.in. Before apply online, candidates should read the official notification carefully. Below steps will be help you to apply online for various posts.

Online Registration Process:

• Visit the official website – www.ssc.nic.in.
• If you are a new user, then click on the register now link, which is available under login section.
• You will be redirected to registration page.
• Fill up your basic details like Aadhar number, Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, 10^th Class details, Mobile number, Email ID, etc.
• Click on the Save and Continue button.
• Next, fill up your contact details, then Save & Continue.
• Upload your Photograph, Signature and complete your registration process.
• After complete registration process, you will receive a registration number and password via SMS/Email.

Online Application Process:

• Go to the home page of SSC official website and login through registration number and password.
• Click on the apply link of SSC Selection Post Phase VIII, which is available in the “Latest Notification” tab.
• Basic details will be automatically field from One Time Registration Data which is non-editable.
• Select the post you are applying for.
• If you are seeking age relaxation, select appropriate age-relaxation category.
• Mention your highest qualification.
• If you are an ex-serviceman, fill up the required information.
• Choose examination center within the same Region.
• Contact details, Photograph and Signature will be automatically field from One Time Registration Data.
• Go through the declarations carefully and click on “I agree” check box if you accept the same. And fill up Captcha code.
• Finally, preview and verify your provided details and pay application fee.
• Submit the Application form and take a print out for reference.

Important Documents

In addition to the admit card, it is mandatory to carry at least two passport size recent color photographs, Original valid Photo-ID proof having the Date of Birth as printed on the admit card failing which they will not be allowed entry, such as:

• Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar,
• Voter’s ID Card,
• Driving License,
• PAN Card,
• Passport,
• ID Card issued by School/ College.
• Employer ID Card (Govt./ PSU/ Private), etc
• Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defence.
• Any other photo bearing valid ID card issued by the Central/State Government.
