SBI PO Recruitment 2022
The State Bank of India complete the recruitment process for Probationary Officer by three stages, which are:
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Examination
- Group Exercise/ Interview

SBI PO Preliminary Exam Syllabus
SBI PO Preliminary Exam has three sections which are English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The State Bank of India will conduct the Preliminary Examination online.
The prelims exam will be objective type with 100 questions. Each question will be one mark. Also, there will be negative marking and for each wrong answer will be deducted 0.25 marks. Look at the below table to know the details.

English Language:
Fill in the Blanks, Miscellaneous, Cloze Test, Multiple Meaning/ Error Spotting, Para Jumbles, Paragraph Completion, Reading Comprehension.
Quantitative aptitude:
Data Interpretation, Mixtures and Allegations, Number Systems, Profit and Loss, Permutation, Combination and Probability, Ratio and Proportion, Percentage, Sequence and Series, Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Surds and Indices, Simplification, Time and Distance, Mensuration – Cylinder, Cone, Sphere, Work and Time.
Reasoning ability:
Alphanumeric Series, Blood Relations, Coding-Decoding, Coded Inequalities, Data Sufficiency, Logical Reasoning, Puzzle, Ranking/ Direction/ Alphabet Test, Input-Output, Seating Arrangement, Syllogism, Tabulation.
SBI PO Main Exam Syllabus
SBI PO Main Exam will be conducted by online. It consists of two sections one is objective type for 200 marks & other is descriptive test for 50 marks. The detailed exam pattern is given in the below table:

Bar Graph, Tabular Graph, Line Graph, Radar Graph Caselet, Probability, Series, Pie Charts, Charts & Tables, Missing Case DI, Data Sufficiency, Let it Case DI, Permutation and Combination.
General Economics and Banking Awareness:
Banking Awareness, Static Awareness, Financial Awareness, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Banking Terminologies Knowledge.
Reasoning Aptitude:
Linear Seating Arrangement, Analytical and Decision Making, Scheduling, Syllogism, Verbal Reasoning, Circular Seating Arrangement, Coding and Decoding, Blood Relations, Critical Reasoning, Input-Output, Course of Action, Data Sufficiency, Code Inequalities, Double Line-up, Directions and Distances, Ordering and Ranking.
Computer Aptitude:
Computer Fundamentals /Terminologies, Basic Functionalities of Microsoft Office, Internet, Memory, Input & Output Devices, Keyboard Shortcuts Key, Computer Abbreviation, Computer Hardware & Software, Basic of Logic Gates, Networking, Security, Number System, Operating System.
